I converted my Youtube video to MP3 and selected the highest quality conversion however the quality of the Audio is still poor?

The Audio conversion quality can only be as good as the video file being converted. So if you select a poor quality video your Youtube to Mp3 conversion can only be equal to the quality of that video.

My Audio conversion is taking a long time. How can the file download faster?

The larger the Youtube video the longer the conversion will take. Although we have dedicated servers with very fast conversion rates, larger files will take longer to convert to MP3.

Where are my files?

Our software does not know to what directory your browser will download the files. Please investigate these settings within your browser to locate this directory.

I can view a YouTube video, but it fails when attempting to download. What's wrong?

Our servers are located in the United States with tough copyright and privacy laws; if your video won't download and you know it should work, then it is most likely being blocked from our servers. We apologize for this inconvenience.

How do I convert a Youtube Video to MP3?

Find the video you would like to convert and simply copy and paste that URL into our converter and click convert.

Why are you asking me for my email address?

If you have a very large file it may take a few moments to convert it to MP3. If you are in a hurry and do not feel like waiting, enter your email address and we will email you the link to download your MP3 when it is finished

If I want to share my MP3 with a friend how do I do that?

Once your file has been converted from Youtube to Mp3 you will have the option to enter a friend's email and we will send them the download link. You do all the hard work and they get the easy part.

While trying to convert a video I got a message saying invalid user name?

There are some videos that Youtube will not allow you to view unless you are logged in to their system. Our member area is currently under development but will include all features associated with being logged in to Youtube. You will be able to convert those videos once a part of our member community.
