Please feel free to contact us if you have any question, comments, or concerns about the website and our services. Heck, you can even tell us how awesome you think we are! Our website is not affiliated with YouTube (or any video service) -- we are simply a media conversion service.

If you have a question about how our service operates, we recommend that you check our FAQ page first as your question may have already been answered. We try to keep this page updated frequently to reflect any topics of recent concern. There's also a nifty how-to video there that can help guide you through the procedures to convert a video from YouTube to MP3!

We do our best to respond to as many contact requests as physically possible during normal business hours Monday through Friday, however, if your question is answered in our FAQ page or your request is totally frivolous then we will probably not respond.

Why do you ask if I'm a real person?

To put it simply, we don't want any spam. Spam is annoying, spam is unnecessary, and honestly, who in their right mind would give their personal information away to some random and poorly designed e-mail that they receive anyway?! Asking if you're a real person is just our simple way to try to sort out the relevant and real requests from spambots. We'd like to keep it as simple as this, but if/when the spambots get more sophisticated we will definitely move to a captcha system where you have to input those crazy squiggly letters in a box. Here's hoping we never need to implement that!
